How does the exchange process work?

Once  your exchange is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. Please include the original packing slip in the box with your exchange. 

How does the returns process work?

  • Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

How soon will I get my refund or exchange?

  • Once your items are received and inspected by our warehouse, we'll issue your refund. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to appear on your card statement. If you have requested an exchange, we will do our very best to process your exchange within three business days of receiving the returned package to our warehouse. Exchanges will be shipped via UPS Ground, and will arrive within 5-7 business days from reshipment.

What items are returnable?

  • We accept returns of unworn, standard-size pairs in their original packaging within 30 days of the original order date.

What items are non-refundable?

  • While we guarantee the perfect fit of our custom pairs and will gladly make any necessary adjustments to your sizing, made-to-order items are not eligible for a refund.  Please note that Fitting Kits, Suede Care Kits, and all orders of Gift Boxes and Gift Cards are final sale.
